I can sum up Darcy and her work in two words, utterly amazing! Darcy provided the appetizers for my daughter’s wedding in 2017 and people are still talking about how amazing it was 5 years later in 2022! Her attention to detail is top notch and her creative way with food is unbelievable. Darcy creates something beautiful with her presentation that your guests will remember forever. The food tastes fresh and so delicious. I would highly recommend Darcy for your next special event!

Darcy catered a gorgeous luncheon for our Side by Side staff. Her display and design went above and beyond anything I’ve seen before. Where she shines is her unique presentation of food. For example, she used a Candelabra to display dips and crudités that were absolutely lovely. She also created a stunning three tiered Charcuterie tray that everyone admired and photographed, but had a difficult time dipping into because they didn’t want to ruin “the masterpiece” Darcy is an artist.. she composed a beautiful spread for a truly memorable occasion.

Weeks later our guests were still raving about how delicious every morsel was, and about how absolutely beautiful and unique everything on the table was as well. Darcy is a true artist. She is as creative and attentive to artful food presentation as she is to every layered dimension of flavor she prepares. She simply leaves no detail untouched; and that ain’t easy!
